I have always admittedly cringed myself whenever I see Nicholas Sparks' A Walk to Remember. It has always just been rather... cheesy and mushy. But today, after reading religioulsy the entire book - you know, not skipping chapters and all that - it hit to me that Sparks wanted us to believe that love can be pure and that good wins out in the end. In our own lives, we tend to overlook things and consider them unremarkable. But then when you mull over those things, you are amazed with the treasures hidden within.
Pure love begets pure love. I am sooo now raving on Sparks' ability to tug people's heartstrings.
