Whenever I see those accented and bulging biceps of Adam Rodriguez, I can't help but inwardly flinch as I feel that my body is way inferior to his. Yes, I have biceps, but they were not as bulbous as Rodriguez's.
Owed to the massive influence of media, men nowadays are gym whores. The booming enterprise of fitness centers around the Metro shows that, predominately, men are being conscious with their weights and body physiques. Lifting weights and barbells, purchasing those Men's Health magazines and subscribing to bodybuilding.com are all but men's enthusiasm that gives them sheer joy.
However, I rather deviate. Don't get me wrong, though. Yes, I have set of weights in my room, I do those Hammer Curls exercises that I saw on TV and I buy Men's Health magazines. But it is not because I want to join the band wagon, rather I want to achieve my satisfactions and manage a better lifestyle.

SUPER X, no way! LOL. Sets of weights are enough for me. :D
Besides, a small shot of steroids is faster than lifting dumbbells for a couple of months. :D

What I mean Karlee, is that I'd rather keep a set of weights in my room than bother the gym house. Sorry, I wasn't able to clearly express myself. My apologies. :D

i lift weights. 3 months is enough to pump those. but dedication is what you will need in order to have that ripped bod. i am happy with what i achieved. this is enough. maybe not. hehe. peace.
